The OSD physics

Some sequences are forbidden, not expensive.

Bulk hold time is an expiry. Tooling has its own location, queue and wear. The clean belongs to the transition. Hazard containment and product segregation are hard eligibility rules, never soft penalties.

01Types — ProcessStepType, ResourceClass, AreaClass, HazardClass, MaterialStateType, ToolingSet and CleaningClass.
02Relations — press is sited in room; press is fitted with tooling; product requires geometry and containment.
03Forbidden — geometry mismatch, insufficient containment, expired bulk, unreleased room or invalid sequence.
04Derived — changeover matrix, cleaning class, eligibility bundles and campaign length.
