Poultry coverage is being developed with design partners. The model connects flock arrival, bird weight, cut standards, yield pools, line speed and orders — but it is not yet offered as a live packaged industry model.
Whole-bird disassembly creates many cuts at once. Capacity is birds per minute, demand draws from a changing yield pool, and each cut decision forecloses another. The design-partner model treats those as hard operational constraints.
We map existing arrival records, yield observations, orders and process documents into the model. Every mapping is reviewable, traceable and versioned. The partner validates the physics before Cortex is allowed to solve against it.
