ERP · system of record

Keep your ERP. Add the operational meaning.

PatternLab Cortex is the operational semantic layer for complex manufacturing. It connects orders, inventory, materials, resources and constraints without replacing the system that records them.

Ready-made industry models

Map your names to a model that already understands the work.

Instead of authoring a factory model from scratch, Cortex starts with industry types, relationships and constraints. AI maps existing fields, records and documents to that model and resolves identities across inconsistent names and codes. Every mapping is reviewable, traceable and versioned.

How data arrives

Files now. Live connections where agreed.

A first model can begin with controlled exports and spreadsheets. Live ERP or operational-system connectors depend on the source, access and implementation scope; there is no claim of a universal plug-and-play connector. The ERP remains authoritative while Cortex maintains the connected operational view.

One model, three views.

The current reference implementation exposes Cortex through Plan, Inventory and Sales. Plan turns demand into feasible work. Inventory shows service and working-capital consequences. Sales sees dates backed by the same constraints. Better plans, lower inventory and reliable promises come from one shared meaning, not three reconciled spreadsheets.
