Types include aseptic suite, filling line, freeze dryer, campaign and environmental state. Relations connect product and process to qualified areas and windows. Forbidden states include unqualified areas, missed media-fill windows and capacity beyond the validated envelope. Derived planning includes eligible campaign windows and lyo-aware sequences.
With a design partner, AI maps existing records and documents into the model; mappings are reviewable, traceable and versioned. Cortex may plan inside validated constraints. Sterility and batch release remain human and QMS controlled.
